CAN Demo Box Display Blank

Problem:
When I plug in my CAN Demo Box the display is blank. Is there a special button I need to press to turn it on?

Solution:
The CAN Demo Box automatically starts when it is plugged in. If you do not see anything in the display, it is possible that it has been damaged. However, it may merely have its contrast turned down to its lowest setting. You can check this easily and attempt to turn the contrast level higher by following the steps below.
  1. Plug in the box (unplug and re-plug if it is currently plugged in).

  2. Wait about 10 seconds for it to load up.

  3. Press the Menu Select button (third one down) 3 times.

  4. Press the + button (top one) repeatedly until the contrast of the display is high enough that you can make out what is being displayed.
