Why Do I Receive a Message Stating NI-IMAQ Server 1.6.1 is Required? Hardware: Image Acquisition (IMAQ)
Problem: I have two computers. On the first computer, I have RT installed. On the second, I installed the Vision 8.0.0 Acquisition Software. When I go to Measurement and Automation Explorer (MAX) and try to install software, I receive the following error:
Why am I receiving this error and how do I fix it? Solution: There is a corrupted file in the RT directory that is causing this error. To fix this problem, replace the existing file C:\Program Files\National Instruments\RT Images\NI-IMAQ Server\1.6.1\install.cdf with the one attached to this document. Related Links: Attachments:
