Is There a BSDL (Boundary-Scan Description Language) File for TNT5002 ASICs?

Hardware: GPIB

Problem: Is there a BSDL (Boundary-Scan Description Language) file for TNT5002 ASICs? I am using the TNT5002 in my circuit, and I want to run boundary scan tests on my circuit.

Solution: The BSDL file is attached below. There is a signal listed called ENABLE_CONTROLLER that is bonded directly to ground on the TNT5002. It is not routed out to any pin so it is not accessible.
