Excel 2007 and Measure Support

Problem:
Is Measure supported in Excel 2007?

Solution:
In order to use Measure in Excel, the VBA Converter Pack must be installed. The VBA Converter Pack is not included as part of the 2007 Microsoft Office suites as mentioned in the Microsoft KB 926430. Since the VBA Converter Pack does not install with Excel 2007, if you attempt to add the Measure Add-Ins in Excel 2007, you will receive the message:

"Opening the VBA project in this file requires a component that is not currently installed. This file will be opened without the VBA project. For more information, search Microsoft Office Online for "VBA converters."

In order to use Measure in Excel 2007 you can either purchase the VBA Converter Pack from Microsoft or install Excel 2003 with VBA support which will install the appropriate converters.
