What happens if my clients attempt to checkout a Named-User license from NI VLM from 2 or more locations simultaneously?

Problem: I have named-user licenses which are part of my Volume License Agreement. What behavior will be seen if a user attempts to open NI software on two or more machines simultaneously using a named-user license?

Solution: NI VLM will prohibit the user from opening software on two or more machines simultaneously when using a named-user license.
