Does National Instruments Support the 5B-02 Backplane for Use with its Data Acquisition (DAQ) Hardware? Hardware: Signal Conditioning Other>>5B Series
Problem: I have a 5B-02 backplane and 5B modules. Does National Instruments support using it with my DAQ system? Solution: National Instruments does not support the use of the 5B-02 backplane with its DAQ hardware. While it is possible to operate a 5B-02 backplane with E Series DAQ cards, the process is difficult and not recommended. Due to the cabling and timing issues associated with the 5B-02 backplane, it does not integrate well with National Instruments hardware.
