Changing Motion Controller Settings on Default 73xx Settings Page in MAX

Primary Software: Driver Software>>NI-Motion/FlexMotion
Primary Software Version: 7.2
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: Utility Software>>Measurement & Automation Explorer
Hardware: Motion Control>>Controllers>>PCI-7344

Problem: I am using a PCI or PXI NI Motion device, and I have selected and saved settings for each individual axis in MAX. When I go to the page titled "Default 73xx Settings" and make any selections, it immediately erases all of my previous settings. Is this expected behavior?

Solution: Yes. The Default 73xx Settings page is designed to overwrite any previously specified settings for the selected Motion device as soon as any options are changed on that page. This page should only be used to apply settings to all axes on a Motion device at once. After selecting options on this page, you can then select individual axis settings one by one.
