Analog Waveform Editor or SignalExpress Crashes At Launch

Primary Software: LabVIEW Signal Express>>Development System
Primary Software Version: 2.0
Primary Software Fixed Version: N/A
Secondary Software: Other NI Software>>Analog Waveform Editor

Problem:
Whenever I start the Analog Waveform Editor or SignalExpress, it immediately crashes. What is causing this and how can I fix it?

When I launch my application, it starts to bring up a "National Instruments License Dialog" window, but before it displays any window contents it crashes into Visual Studio at "clientsideinclude.js line 32:  req.open('GET', url, false);". Choosing Continue gives "exception of type 'Access is denied.' was not handled".

Solution:
Both applications will crash if all of the following three conditions are met:
  1. It is unlicensed.
  2. Internet Explorer has the option to enable script debugging checked.
  3. A script debugging tool is present on the system (like Visual Studio).
If you meet all three conditions, please try the following work-arounds:
  1. Activate the application.
  2. Disable script debugging in Internet Explorer by going to Tools » Internet Options.  On the Advanced tab, make sure both options to "Disable script debugging" are checked.
