Problem: LabWindows/CVI 9.0 and earlier have two separate installers for Base and Full Development Systems. Can I install both of these on the same machine? Solution: Although LabWindows/CVI does have two separate installers for Base and Full Development Systems, you cannot have both installed on the same machine. If you currently have the LabWindows/CVI Base Development System installed on the machine, you will need to use the Add/Remove Programs uninstaller to remove the LabWindows/CVI software completely before installing the LabWindows/CVI Full Development System. This is also true in the case that you have LabWindows/CVI Full Development System on the machine and would like to replace it with LabWindows/CVI Base Development System. Starting with LabWindows/CVI 2009, there is a single installer for both the Base and Full Development Systems. Either version can be activated with a valid serial number.
