Are there Reserved Digital Lines on SC Carriers?

Hardware: SCC>>Carriers>>SC-2345, SCC>>Carriers>>SC-2350

Problem: I have an SC-2345 or SC-2350. I know that SCXI chassis have reserved digital lines for communication between the DAQ card and SCXI backplane. Does the same situation apply for an SC system?

Solution: SC Carriers are not like SCXI Chassis where digital lines are used for module control, calibration and detection. On SC systems, digital lines are only reserved with the SC-2350 TEDS enabled carrier. It is possible that your DIO lines causes errors due to a DIO SCC module. See links below for more details.
