Problem: When I go into the SCXI-1000 properties I can not choose my B Series Device as the Chassis Communicator. Why am I unable to select my device to communicate with my SCXI Chassis? Solution: B Series devices are designed for simple data acquisition applications or OEM products. As such, B Series devices are not supported for controlling SCXI Chassis. For a similarly priced device that is capable of communicating with SCXI Chassis, consider getting an M Series device.
