Problem: The Compact Vision System may hang when connecting from Vision Builder AI or when running LabVIEW RT code that uses the FPGA VIs. Solution: This problem could be caused by incompatible versions of NI-VISA and NI-RIO. If you are using NI-VISA 3.3, then NI-RIO 1.3 or later is required. Download and install the latest version of NI-RIO from the link below. After installing NI-RIO on the host system, connect to the CVS from the Measurement and Automation Explorer and update the NI-RIO version on the CVS.
