How do I Open the Edit Panel Window for My Panel in LabWindows/CVI?

Problem:
I am double-clicking on the panel to open the Edit Panel window, but it will not open it.  How do I open the Edit Panel window?

Solution:
To launch the Edit Panel window:
  1. Set the mouse pointer to be the Edit Tool by clicking the Edit Tool button, as shown below.
  2. Double-click the panel to launch the Edit Panel window.  Be sure to click empty space in the panel.
