What is the Analog Input Impedance of the NI 9237?Hardware: CompactRIO>>Analog Input Modules>>NI 9237
Problem: I have an NI 9237 and I would like to know the analog input impedance of the module to incorporate this data into my strain measurements. What is the analog input impedance of the NI 9237? Solution: The NI 9237 is designed to make ratiometric measurements off of bridge based sensors. In half-bridge and quarter-bridge setups, the bridge completion resistors are 10 kOhms each. These resistors are internal to the NI 9237. The input impedance of the NI 9237 is essentially an open circuit. Therefore, the very high input impedance of the analog channels will not have an effect in strain measurements.
