PXIe Embedded Controller and Chassis Performance

Problem: I have am looking into buying a PXIe chassis and controller. How do the PXIe chassis affect the speed of the controllers and boards.
Solution: With the current PXIe technology, the speed at which the modules can communicate depends on both the chassis and the controller. In the table bellow, a description of the available links in the chassis and the controllers can be seen.
