NI ELVIS uses LabVIEW-based software instruments, a multifunction data acquisition (DAQ) device, and a custom benchtop workstation and prototyping board to provide the functionality of a suite of common laboratory instruments. The LabVIEW software that you use to interact with the NI ELVIS Benchtop Workstation and the DAQ device provides a high-level programming environment for easy implementation of the sophisticated display and analysis capabilities required for virtual instrumentation. This help file describes how to use the NI ELVIS software with the NI ELVIS hardware and the DAQ device.
