Chapter 1provides an overview of the FieldPoint FP-20xx network module and FieldPoint software. Chapter 2 explains how to install the FieldPoint hardware and software. Chapter 3 describes the details of configuring FieldPoint hardware and software, verifying the configuration, and accessing the channels on the
FP-20xx from other software running on the host PC. Chapter 4 describes the feature set for the FP-20xx network module. Chapter 5 contains specific information about targeting LabVIEW Real-Time (RT) to the FP-20xx module, network options for restricting access to your module, embedding LabVIEW RT applications on your module, and launching embedded applications when your module starts up. For general LabVIEW RT programming information, refer to the LabVIEW RT User Manual. Appendix A describes how to choose appropriate network settings. Appendix B explains resetting the FieldPoint FP-20xx. Appendix C gives troubleshooting instructions for the FP-20xx and FieldPoint software. Appendix D explains how to install LabVIEW RT software. Appendix E includes specifications.
