Discontinuation of Revision D of the AT-MIO-16DE-10

Note: This document is not the most recent edition.  Search to find out if a more recent edition is available.

Edition Date:   March 1998
Part Number:   321837A-01

Note: Read this document if you are using NI-DAQ 5.0.3 or earlier, if you are a register-level programmer, or if your application requires CE compliance. You may have revision D of the AT-MIO-16DE-10; this revision will be discontinued after March 1, 1999 and will be replaced by revision N boards. Because National Instruments will accept orders only until March 1, 1999, you must place your order prior to this date if your application requires revision D boards. The two most important differences between revision D and later revisions are the board dimensions and the register map controlling calibration. The length of the board has been reduced from 13.3 in. to 6.8 in., and the RTSI connector has been moved forward, closer to the I/O connector. If you are using the RTSI bus to synchronize multiple long boards, you will need to use the Extended RTSI cable (part number 777562-05) to reach between the long and short boards.
