NI 8171 SERIES BIOS VERSION
Install BIOS Version 1.16 on Your Controller
Before installing the hardware and software in this kit, you
must have BIOS version 1.16 or later installed on your NI 8171
series controller.
For the latest BIOS, see ftp://ftp.ni.com/support/
pxi/pxi-8171/BIOS_update/. The zip file contains an
executable and a Readme.txt file with instructions on how
to update the BIOS.
Note: This hardware is not compatible with earlier BIOS versions
and will not operate properly if an earlier version is installed on your
controller.
