Chapter 1 gives an overview of CAN and the NI-CAN software. Chapter 2 explains how to develop an application program using the NI-CAN functions. Chapter 3 describes techniques for using the NI-CAN functions in your application. Chapter 4 describes the sample applications provided with your NI-CAN software. Chapter 5 describes the NI-CAN Configuration utility you can use to configure the objects of the NI-CAN software. Appendix A describes how to uninstall the CAN hardware and the NI-CAN software. Appendix B describes how to troubleshoot problems with the NI-CAN software for Windows 98/95 and answers some common questions. Appendix C describes how to troubleshoot problems with the NI-CAN software for Windows NT and answers some common questions.
