Thank you for purchasing the VXIcpu-030 real-time embedded computer
from National Instruments. These release notes contain information that
you should consider when using the optional NI-VXI bus interface
software with your VXIcpu-030.
You may already have a previous version of the NI-VXI software for the
VXIcpu-030. National Instruments has released a new version of the
software for the new revision of the VXIcpu-030. We recommend that
you upgrade to the NI-VXI software version 1.3. Version 1.3 not only
meets all the requirements of the new hardware revision it is also
compatible with earlier hardware revisions. You can use NI-VXI version
1.3 software successfully in a system that may have both old and new
hardware revisions of the VXIcpu-030.
Please contact National Instruments to request version 1.3 of the NI-VXI
software for the VXIcpu-030.
