National Instruments opened a shared operations center in Heredia, Costa Rica, in the second quarter of 2011. The new center is expected to grow rapidly over the next five years in the areas of Customer Service, Application Engineering, Sales, Financial Services and IT. National Instruments has opened its center in Costa Rica to optimize global operations in order to support the company’s growth.
According to John Graff, vice president of Sales and Marketing for Americas at National Instruments, the widespread adoption of National Instruments software and hardware has resulted in strong, long-term growth for the company, and the new center in Costa Rica will help to better support NI customers in North, Central, and South America.
